do i need grip socks?

For sanitary and safety reasons, we highly encourage grip socks for class participation. Grip socks are available at the studio for purchase.
*We have had very unfortunate grip sock experiences with old/worn out and off-brand grip socks — staining the white leather. For this reason, we ask that group class participation wear grip socks purchased from the studio or use a reformer mat (which is also available in studio).

how often should i do pilates?

We encourage a minimum twice a week to really achieve the benefit of Pilates and what it provides.  Our class schedule is designed so that you can attend at least six days a week.  Higher frequency/consistency with regards to attendance, will achieve faster results into mind, body and the connection between the two.

Yes, private and duet lessons are available to book based on studio availability — please email hello@pilateslabruxton for availability.
